  • If you cancel your dispatch order at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, we do not charge any upfront charges.
  • If you cancel your dispatch order within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, we will not charge any fee for the dispatch services.
  • If we are unable to provide the dispatching services as agreed upon due to unforeseen circumstances, no dispatch services fee will be charged.
